ELION EYE BALANCE

Under-eye hollows, fine lines and shadowsEye Balance

We assess hollowing, skin firmness, expression lines and color separately.

WHAT WE ASSESS

Five areas assessed in Eye Balance

Tear trough and hollowing

We assess the inner under-eye groove and whether there is true volume loss toward the upper cheek.

Fat prominence and lid-cheek junction

We look for protrusion and the height difference that creates a shadow.

Fine lines and elasticity

Lines at rest and with smiling, skin thickness and elasticity are considered together.

Expression and movement

The effect of squinting and smiling on lines and overall expression is assessed.

Shadow, pigment and vessels

Changing the direction of light helps separate structural shadow from actual color change.

SELECT BY ROLE

Each option has a different role.

VOLUME

Hollowing and transitions

Filler may be considered for limited support where true volume deficiency is present. The suitability of a collagen-stimulating treatment depends on the product, treatment area and skin thickness.

SKIN QUALITY

Thin skin and fine lines

Skin boosters may support skin condition, while periorbital RF may be considered when elasticity and fine lines are the main issue.

MOVEMENT

Dynamic lines

Botulinum toxin is considered only after assessing muscle movement and preserving natural expression.

COLOR

Pigment or vascular shadow

When color is the main issue, we avoid simply adding volume and connect the plan to TextureAxis-related care.

If you have an important date, recovery comes first in planning.

Needle marks, swelling, bruising, temporary redness or warmth may occur depending on the selected method. Once the plan is chosen, we explain timing for cleansing, makeup, exercise and important events.

  • Follow method-specific advice on rubbing or pressing the eye area.
  • Tell us about medications and health conditions if bruising is a concern.
  • Sudden visual change or severe pain requires prompt medical attention.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Frequently asked questions

Does an under-eye hollow always need filler?
No. Fat prominence, lid-cheek contours, reduced elasticity, pigment or vessels can also make the area look hollow. We first confirm whether true volume loss is present.
Can prominent under-eye fat always be treated non-surgically?
No. When fat prominence is the main cause, non-surgical treatment has limits. We explain those limits and, when appropriate, advise that a surgical assessment may be more suitable.
Is every dark circle caused by pigment?
No. Structural shadow, visible vessels beneath thin skin and pigment may occur alone or together. Light, surface and color are assessed to distinguish them.
How are filler and skin boosters different?
Filler primarily supports volume and transitions. Skin boosters are considered for skin condition and fine lines. They serve different roles and are selected according to the findings.
Are all treatments included in one session?
No. Eye Balance is an assessment-led program, not a fixed bundle. Even if more than one method may help, sessions can be separated to manage recovery.
How long do swelling and bruising last?
It depends on the method, treatment area and individual response. Share any important dates so the plan can account for the likely recovery window.
Who needs extra assessment before treatment?
Pregnancy or breastfeeding, bleeding tendency, medication use, active skin disease and previous procedures or surgery should be discussed before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
