Information we may receive
Name, email, phone number, preferred language and contact channel, inquiry details, uploaded images, and application information that you choose to provide.
How the information is used
To answer inquiries, organize consultation requests, review progress-log applications, and provide information about the clinic's visit schedule and appointments.
Sensitive information
Scar photos, medical history, symptoms, and treatment history may be sensitive health information. Separate consent is required before using AI consultation. If you do not consent, you may use KakaoTalk, LINE, email, or another non-AI channel.
Overseas transfer for AI consultation
Website text consultations use Workers AI provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When OpenAI is used for image analysis or an alternative processing route, questions, selected images, and preferred language may also be sent to OpenAI. Requests use encrypted communication. Names, email addresses, and phone numbers from forms or WhatsApp profiles are not automatically attached to AI requests. Personal details included in a question or image may nevertheless be transmitted with that content.
Processing locations and retention conditions depend on the service, applicable agreement, and configuration. Requests using the OpenAI Responses API set store:false; this does not determine retention by other processing services. WhatsApp Business AI consultation
When you use AI consultation in WhatsApp Business, you first receive a notice about AI processing and overseas transfer. Only messages and optional photos sent after you explicitly reply “I agree” are transferred to OpenAI. Questions and photos sent before consent are not used to generate an AI reply.
If you decline or type “staff,” clinic staff can review the conversation in the Meta and WhatsApp inbox without AI processing. Type “withdraw consent” to stop AI processing of later messages. The WhatsApp Privacy Policy also applies to your WhatsApp account and message delivery.
Storage and deletion
Information received by the clinic is kept only for the period needed to handle the request or as required by applicable law, then securely deleted.

Optional website statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and improve our information. Analytics runs only after you explicitly accept this optional feature. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect access to the website, consultations, appointments, or clinical services.
Analytics is limited to the general overview pages for Home, Doctor, Visit, Programs, Aesthetic, Devices, Scar Stories, and Research in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese. It does not run on AI consultation, contact or application forms, health-topic detail pages, privacy or terms pages, or administration pages. Analytics events record only predefined general page labels, page language, and contact-channel button types. A button click is not treated as a completed inquiry or confirmed appointment.
We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, consultation text, images, form entries, specific health or treatment topics, URL query parameters or fragments, or full referring URLs as analytics event data. Google may process analytics cookie identifiers and basic browser and device information, and receive an IP address during network communication. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are denied; this website is configured not to use Google signals.
Your accept or decline choice is valid for 90 days in this browser's local storage. Analytics cookies are configured to expire within 30 days. These periods do not describe data retention on Google's servers. Analytics data is sent to Google and may be processed outside South Korea; processing locations and retention depend on Google's services, agreements, and settings. You can change your choice or withdraw consent below. The Visit statistics settings link in the footer returns to this section. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection; it does not automatically delete data already sent to Google.
