SKIN BOOSTER GUIDE

Skin booster ingredients and product comparison

Products commonly described as skin boosters use different materials, including PN, hyaluronic acid, PDLLA and dermal tissue. Compare their ingredients, then discuss your skin condition and goals at consultation.

PN · Polynucleotides

Rejuran Healer and Rejuran I use sodium polynucleotide (PN). Rejuran HB plus combines PN with sodium hyaluronate and the local anaesthetic lidocaine.

02 / INGREDIENTS

HA · Hyaluronic acid

Belotero Revive combines cross-linked hyaluronic acid with glycerol. Byryzn Skinbooster HA contains cross-linked hyaluronic acid and lidocaine. These additional ingredients distinguish products within the HA group.

Juvelook combines biodegradable PDLLA with hyaluronic acid. Juvelook Skin and Juvelook Volume share these two materials but have different ingredient quantities and product specifications.

06 / INGREDIENTS

PRP · Autologous platelet-rich plasma

PRP is prepared by separating your own blood to obtain plasma with concentrated platelets. It describes an autologous preparation rather than a single brand and uses platelet growth factors involved in tissue healing.

Questions before choosing

Are products in the same ingredient group interchangeable?

Ingredient amounts, added components and stated uses can differ. For example, Rejuran HB plus adds HA and lidocaine to PN, while Belotero Revive combines HA with glycerol.

How is a product selected?

Assessment considers skin thickness, dryness, wrinkle location, volume changes, previous procedures and your goals. Product selection matches its intended use to the area needing care, rather than relying on an ingredient name or package quantity alone.

What should I tell the clinician when comparing ingredients?

Mention allergies, medication, previous injections and any reactions. Rejuran HB plus and Byryzn HA contain lidocaine. Material origin also differs: hADM comes from human dermis, while PRP is prepared from your own blood.
